Staff is very friendly and no issues at all in payment, or price wise. It is very congested and a driver has to be very very comfortable in driving specially when removing the car. Another issue found that if you own the SUV and need higher roof clearance, be very attentive all the time and read all the sign boards as you never know it might take you through less roof clearance and can hit your car from the roof. A suggestion to management company, please put all the clear sign boards and if possible put some human who can instruct to help in parking, with my recent visit…I had almost dropped my car in the situation where car roof clearance was not enough and it was very close call for me.

Do not park here and also do not use SpotHero to make a reservation. We were locked out and both the garage and SpotHero customer support were useless. 2 other vehicles also in same situation as us, all of us calling different numbers, everyone getting angrier and angrier. This place is a dump as well.

No Customer Service, No Holiday Cheer - I park at this location often. This morning I misplaced my ticket. So I stopped by the desk before leaving the garage to let him know "thinking" perhaps he'll see I got there before 9:00 a.m. and can issue me another ticket or something. He says so we'll issue you a lost ticket. Then I ask, will I have to pay the $12. He says yes. I ask can't I just take another ticket from the machine. He replies no and then proceeds to get back on his phone. If I find my ticket no harm, no foul. But I could not believe the nonchalance of this dude. You see I'm there at 7:30 a.m. and you can't work with me? Will NOT park here anymore and will tell my govvie colleagues not to either. Merry Christmas to that!

DO NOT PARK here, unless you are a pro/experienced driver, we ended up with close to $4500 damage to the car due to steep terrain and tight lanes Even the 1 star is not worth it, but that’s the only way to complete the review
