This company is HORRIBLE! They were forced on me by the Lowes Protection Plus plan. A plan that promises repairs withing 2 business days. My 1st appointment with them was Oct 16th in which they never showed. Then we were scheduled for the next day, Oct 17th. They never showed again. I called again and the woman said they didn't come because parts were on order. PARTS ON ORDER?? Nobody has even seen my washer yet!! She told me they knew what part it was based on my complaint. 😳😳 Seriously??? Well it took from Oct 16th to Oct 31st for this telepathically known part to come in. So they guy comes on the 31st to fix it. GUESS WHO DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT PART??!?! So he leaves. I call the Lowes plan for an update, because Roth doesn't communicate ANYTHING and I am informed that ANOTHER part is on

Took them several weeks to repair my fridge that was under warranty. Tech Ralf was very professional and friendly but my Whirlpool had him stumped and he finally figured it out. So happy to have the water and ice working again. I recommend them for repairs and found them to be honest. Once again Thank You Ralf!!!

i called roth electronics to get a appointment for our whirlpool refrigerator , she asked me what was wrong with it , i told her the freezer fan was making a load noise , so based on that , with out even looking at the refrigerator she determine that was the problem and said they would order the part , what kind of repair shop is this , got a email saying they received the part , so i called them and tried to get a appointment and was told they would contact me and let me know when , 3 weeks now and nothing so i called again today and ask for a schedule appointment and she told me they DONT MAKE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS ONLY A 1 to 2 day advance notice , now how can someone make plans on that , this is the worst repair company EVER ! READ THE REVIEWS , EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING < LOWES NEEDS

We just had our washer repaired by Walter. After trouble shooting different issues he solved the problem and did so with professionalism. I would highly recommend Walter to anyone needing service.

Amazing service. Walter was quite efficient, on time, and fixed our microwave perfectly. I am so grateful! This company went to great lengths to order the part required and make the repair hassle free for me. Would recommend them any day!
