ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE REPRESENTATION!! I called due to an emergency sewer leak in my home and my landlord was not responding. I only called At 12 PM because their website says that they are 24 hour service. However, when the man answered the phone he answered” ROTO MASTER WHAT DO YOU WANT!? And I said hello I am looking for a sewer service and he said I’m sleep… And then let him know that his his website said that his company was 24 hours and he told me no you’re wrong, and you got an old book and proceeded to hang up in my face. Absolutely horrible service
We moved to a new place and the bathtub wasn’t draining properly. Mike was able to get here within 30 minutes and had it fixed in no time. Great price!
