Roto-Rooter

Roto-Rooter was great here in Emporia, wonderful service and pricing was affordable (cheaper than most) BUT as of September 20, 2023 I learned that they are no longer in business and that Spellman Plumbing has taken over their company and their phone line. Not saying anything negative about Spellman but as a single income household I am limited on my money. So I had to call someone else and I chose !st Choice Plumbing and they were absolutely wonderful!!

Your charged 150 up front for up to 2 and a half hours. My line took 45 minutes. They do not have an hourly rate. So i still payed 150. T . I told them to come in the afternoon. They showed up at 9 in the morning. All i had was 160 and he couldn't break a 20. So he stood there silent till i forked over 160. Yet wrote 150 on the bill. That's theft. The tech s name Tyler.
