FURIOUS! Still had a working toilet and sink upstairs, by the time Roto -Rotor of Falconer, NY finished, not only did I have a mess on the ground floor bathroom but NOW, NO working toilet, sink or tub downstairs or upstairs! They said my septic needed to be cleaned out!! Why didn't they know that before they starting working on my toilet and they charged me $297.00 I'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE SATURDAY and it took this long to get someone to come, only to have the matter made worst!!!! I should be able to leave 0 stars but need to leave 1 star just to be able to post. (Updated edit) Two hours after the worker left I discovered my basement door wide open and the lights on! Fast, efficient and friendly service, so we would absolutely recommend them. Our plumbing backed up and was overflowing our downstairs toilet. Roto-Rooter showed up within an hour of us calling and snaked our main sewer line. They were completely done within 90 minutes. The cost was $275, but their fast & efficient service was well worth the price. We will definitely be giving our family and friends their contact information.

Horrible communication , didn’t do any work because they didn’t call me back I guess they really are not a 24/7 business Circle mechanical responded so I know who to use if I have any other needs

Had such an easy experience with them. I called during what I thought would be after hours but got a to speak to a person immediately. Pricing was straightforward and upfront. They cleaned out my slow moving tub drain which I couldn’t seem to unclog myself plus had another company tried as well. I was offered honest opinions with no hyperbole and feel confident in their work.
