Window World of Jamestown

We are extremely happy with our experience with Window World. of Jamestown. The complete process from purchase to installation was done professionally! The installation team worked fast and thoroughly cleaned up after the windows were installed. The new windows improved the look of our house inside and out!

They install the single replacement window in my attic. I noticed yesterday that the windowsill was completely saturated and rotting, as well as other framing members around the window. When I went back to look at the final email that I received, I noticed that the technician had forge my signature that I approved, and was satisfied with the installation. When they arrived I had some errands to run so I told them that I would be back, but they were done and gone before I got home I was so this is a huge problem not only are they not returning my phone calls over the faulty window, but their staff is forging signatures.here are pictures of my rotting window with a moisture meter

My husband and I were so pleased with our new windows! The installation went flawlessly. The installers, were efficient, worked quickly, and were done in a timely manner. They took care of old windows, used drop cloths and the areas around new windows was pristine. Now if I could just get them to come back and clean them, that would be heavenly. We were most satisfied with the windows and the installation, would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrible and would not recommend to anyone. I placed an order to get a door and window fixed back in March 10 2025 they said it would take 6-8 weeks. I patiently have been waiting. I Finslly call them around end of may and they said they finally got in the door but no call to me confirming. They didn’t update me along the way with any details etc. also when asked about the window they said they had no idea what I am talking about. They are not doing the window snd have no details of a window yet the guy who comes out to do the measuring cleverly put in a window. So now we have no window and still no door. They scheduled me once and they said they would be there at 9 AM bc I work second shift. After no one showing up by 11 I called and they said he went to another job first and
