Roto-Rooter

I called them because our sewer was backed up. He did show up later that day, unfortunately Brian had said that his camera was broken so he would have to come back the following week. He said he would get ahold of me. I hadn’t heard from him so I called again and he had said that he had forgotten all about me. He said he could come by later that evening to take a look. A few hours had past and he still hadn’t shown up, so I called back again had he said he wasn’t going to be able to make it. He said he would come by the following day between a certain time and would give me a call. He never showed up! I would not recommend this company.

Showed up at 5pm for my “early morning” appointment and I understand things happen. At 5:40 he said something about needing to call it a day and had to swap to a 3/8 cable but he would be back the next day Friday to finish. Never showed back up. So now I’ll spend my Monday trying to get an appointment with someone else and still not having a working kitchen sink.

Very good customer service. Brian has been amazing every time he has come out. And as always it’s never at a convenient time but he is also prompt and gets right to work. I know we won’t use anyone else!

Never showed up and never called me back! Day 2 of waiting!

We've called brian with Roto Rooter twice now and he’s been great! We’ve had plumbing backing up both times and he’s made it here in a timely manner. Fixed the issue quickly, and is super reasonably priced!
