Roto-Rooter

Had Robert out to fix a major plumbing problem. He fixed that, gave me some advice on how to fix the on-going problem with tree roots in my water pipes and then fixed my son’s bathroom sink. Requesting him soon for a couple more issues in the house. Great plumber - give 5 STARS!

Contacted them early in the morning and had a service man at by house by 1030am. Came in,he told me before he did the work what the cost was and had my drain open in no time at all. He did a thorough job and I was happy that I called Roto Rooter.

I was skeptical at first when another plumber recommended me to roto-rooter. He told me his “gear wouldn’t reach my issue and I’d wind up paying twice when they could do it the first time for sure” he was correct they showed up on an hour and a half (reasonable seeing as though I live down near Brunswick) and took care of the issue quickly. I had them snake the line even though it freed up just for piece of mind. Courteous and professional not to mention they answered all my questions. I’d recommend them especially in an emergency after hours.

This is the second time that I have used Roto Rooter, and Rob was the representative who came out to handle the repairs. Rob is very friendly, efficient, and finishes in a timely manner. Will use this company in the future for any plumbing issues. Prices are fair as well June 2025, this is an update to my original review, which does not reflect my review for the technician that came out. I called Roto Rooter probably over a month ago To see if they could fix an outside Spigot that has leaked since I have lived here. I was told by the technician they would have to order the part and they would contact me. I’ve called at least three times now to get an update with the last call being this past Friday. I was told I would get a call back And here it is Monday and still no callback. Considering

We had a leaky pipe in our crawlspace and Nate and Brian had it fixed in no time. Very nice and professional, they cleaned up work area and the price was very reasonable. We have used Roto Rooter numerous times over the years...pipe repair, faucet installation, water heater replacement, clogged drains and leak repair. We have always been satisfied with their work and highly recommend their services.
