We had a great experience with Rooter Router Plumbing! They came out to unclog our shower drain, and from start to finish the service was excellent. The technician was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. He took the time to clearly explain what was causing the issue and walked us through what the next steps may look like to prevent future problems. Not only did he fix the immediate issue quickly and efficiently, but he also made sure we understood everything before he left.
