Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Service

I'm truly amazed and blown away by the great service and professionalism of this company. Here's a rundown how the process went for me. DAY 1: I called the main office in Cape Girardeau (I live in Sikeston) and the receptionist was kind and promptly dispatched a service pro. They called and texted me a picture which service pro was coming to my home- which is great for safety concerns. They didn't charge to look at what was wrong with my plumbing to give me an estimate on the repairs. FYI, plumbing companies in Sikeston are charging at least $200 just to come look at it, plus gas money! The service pro, Alex, and the apprentice, Max, were knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Let me start off by saying that I called after 3:00 in the afternoon and they had someone at my house in 15 minutes! The service was by far the BEST service I have ever received from any plumbing business EVER!!! Alex and another technician (and I am so sorry I can’t remember his name!) were the kindest people who went to work quick, they explained everything, they gave me options, and they acted as thought they had known me forever. I could not have asked for kinder people!!! For faster service!!! Or for better service!! I was 100000% impressed and would recommend them to anyone!

Roto- Rooter responded quickly and sent a technician right away. When the issue wasn’t fully resolved, they immediately came back to recheck everything. We soon learned the problem was much more extensive than we expected, and with the timing and cost—especially right before the holidays—it felt overwhelming. Since we didn’t have time to gather multiple estimates, we chose to trust Roto-Rooter. They did offer financing, which helped make the repair possible. I had company from out of state at my home when the sewer decided not to work properly. These guys were the best. Very friendly, professional, and fast!
