The technician, Michael, verified the issue, confirmed the scope of work, was up front on service and pricing and completed the job in a timely manner. Friendly and prompt service from the first phone call to the office with Brandon and trainee Zach all the way to the handshake before the technician left. The local Roto-Rooter office and technicians did a great job. You can call them. They're here for it.

Sorry I forget the technician's name. He was great and knew his stuff. He explained everything he did and offered advice that was clear. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased.

Had a flow problem, called on Sunday, got same day service. Plumber was friendly and very knowledgeable, corrected the problem quickly in the rain. Would recommend them and will use them again if needed.
