Always have had good luck with these guys. Dominic T. was super courteous, professional, and helpful. He got here over an hour before scheduled appointment, which worked out great. Dominic was very thorough with his investigation of the problem and quickly came up with multiple solutions. No pressure at all, and left me with good food for thought.

I had had an Awesome appointment with Dominic T. For the last 2 days he came very promptly with his team member and got straight to work. He talked me through all the steps they were taking to improve my home.. He even went out his way and help me with some spraying my property and installing some last minute items I wasn't equipped to do the MAN WAS STARIGHT AMAZING I would recommend this Company for all your plumbing issues or improvements and a special recommendation for this Guy right there Dominic T.. Have had a quote done with a very knowledgeable gentleman and decides to go with then. Scheduled them for a Friday to find out we never really got out on the schedule in office. Called this morning and they scheduled us for this same afternoon just to be a no show again. We can't have the pipes backed up any longer so definitely going elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these guys

We had Jacob come out to help us with some burst pipes. Jacob came Friday evening, and then came back Saturday to do the work (much more than originally anticipated). Jacob explained what was going on, shared photos, and did so with a smile on his face! We are so grateful that he was able to come out the same day to assess the problem, then promptly returned to fix it. Jacob was kind, considerate, and exceptionally professional. He even took my husband to the basement to explain the different shut offs that we were not aware of. The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work Jacob did. We are so grateful for Roto Rooters and recommend them highly!

Dom was AMAZING!!! During the cold temps our pipe under the deck from our well to our house was frozen. Dom came out about 3 days after it was frozen. He blasted it and thought everything was set but unfortunately no water. Well guy came out twice and well was fine. Dom came out again today and was able to get the pipe to clear out. I am beyond grateful to him!!!
