I was having problems with gurgling toilets and backups, so I decided to call Roto Rooter. Thought we had a plugged line but unfortunately, we found out different. Words I really didn't want to hear, they found I had a broken sewer line. I wanted to cry, actually I did, lol. Ben Stephenson came out to go over everything with me and so ..... I would like to personally Thank Ben for being so informative and taking the time to explain everything to me. He is such a personable and friendly person .... Damien was really nice, even after a clearly long day! He talked me thru options and helped me make the best decision. Ultimately he helped us get out of the danger zone, even if additional work will be required. He did an excellent job, was very conscientious and helpful, solved the issue with what he had (even if the right tool wasn’t available on his truck for some reason) and is a valuable representative and asset to the company, and should get a raise!

I received an emergency call while I was at work yesterday around 2:30 from a family member that my plumbing was backed up and sewage was regurgitating up into the bath tubs and toilets and nearly over flowing. We called Roto-Rooter after calling every single local plumbing business near my house that said they were not available and couldn't help me, even though it was an emergency. Roto-Rooter, however, said they could have someone out between 6-8 pm. Our service technician, Cameron Patterson showed up before 8 pm, with over an hour drive from his location to my house. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. He was able to locate the issue in less than a half an hour and told us he would be back this morning with everything he needed to fix it. I had a clog that I couldn’t fix. I had already cleared the trap, the pipes, and the sink, but the clog persisted and was clearly beyond the trap, probably under my cement foundation. The Roto-Rooter service man, Gage, came out right in time with no waiting needed. He then fixed it in less than five minutes. It’s a little embarrassing to have spent hours the night before just to have someone fix it in literally a few minutes, but I did, and he did exactly that. He also gave me some helpful information and I learned quite a bit from him. Gage was great at explaining what he did, and why it worked, and he was incredibly nice as well as knowledgeable to boot. If I ever need someone to come out again, I’ll ask for Gage specifically - but if Roto-Rooter service people are half as nice and respe

Initial call and getting someone to me timely was great. Everyone was helpful. Now months later I am dealing with incorrect charges on the invoice. This was almost a $32k job. No one seems to know who I can talk to and the guy I spoke with today says he is going to look into it but doesnt know when he can get back with me. My advice to anyone who chooses them for services is to look very carefully on the invoice and description of charges. I was double charged for some things and the deduction for the amount paid was incorrect and less than what was actually paid. I would not have noticed any of this if my insurance adjuster had not of discovered it. They are saying this is an attempt of insurance fraud! I am a young, widowed, single mom and dealing with this has been a nightmare. Please p
