Very good service. I urgently needed help over my sewer line backing up from the drain in the basement. Traveion was sent out same day and actually showed up much earlier than the expected window of time, which was great. He fixed everything in no time at all so I am very thankful they were able to get me in on such short notice.

Short answer: Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Long answer: Put in an inquiry online and within a few hours was called to schedule. While I elected to wait for monday to have someone come out I was offered something sooner. Someone came out Monday, cleared the clog and the next day camera man came out to determine the reason for back up (tree roots). He sent pictures to his co-worker who assessed the damage to determine need for insurance claim. We then recieved a date to repair the damage(a week later). The prompt attention to the matter was fantastic, we would definently use again. Giving 4 stars for one reason: the initial appt they were 2 hrs early and the camera man gave short notice on his arrival. We can usually make timings work as long as I have a days notice. We had a water pipe burst inside the house, and I called Roto-Rooter. Jeremy came out and fixed our problem. I would recommend Roto-rooter to anyone. They are very professional and very caring people.

Mixed emotions about my experience... i thought price waa high but they did show up within a few hours of calling. While jetting the technician made it to my toilet and busted the sides out of my toilet, pieces of my toilet flew everywhere. This the second time my toilet was damage when Roto Rooter jetted my line, first time was a few years ago on which the toilet cracked. Both times they replaced the toilet at no charge which is expected and the lines are always clear after the jetting. I plan on using another company with hopefully more experienced plumbers, $462 seems like a price on which they would use a scope with the jet to prevent reaching toilets and causing additional damaging. The technician also barely cleaned after he was done, and said you'll need to sweep up a bit while walk

Traveion was courteous and knowledgeable. Both men did their best to not track snow and dirt through the house. They identified the issue quickly and were able to install a new pump while there. Traveion answered my questions easily. I was surprised by the cost but it was reasonable. Just more than I expected because I thought it was a different problem originally. Would use them again!
