He fixed the issue in a timely manner, was very communicative throughout the entire process, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the available solutions. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency — he didn’t try to upsell anything that wasn’t necessary. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Called Roto Rooter this morning dispatch sent out Representative Efren to help with my stopped up bathroom sink . He replaced the tape American Home Shield put I would not recommend them to anybody. ROTO ROOTER IS THE WAY TO GO !!If you can get Efron, I would request him. Very professional Representative answered all my questions double check before he left to make sure everything was OK and yes, Roto-Rooter is the one to go with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Efron and Roto router

Rooter Man Plumbing did an excellent job. George and Technician Jonathan were very experienced and professional. George used a line camera to find the cause of a bathroom smell I had for over a year — it was a broken vent pipe. They also fixed a leaking toilet within two days at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
