I called Roto -rooter for a second opinion today, I used another provider yesterday who told me there wasn’t a clog, they said the issue was because of narrowing of the copper pipe. The technician from the other company used a camera and spent a long time snaking it twice, and was not able to clear the clog in the line. Today, Johnston my Rotor-rooter service technician arrived quickly, he was very professional and explained to me the issue and what my options were and approximately how much each option would cost.
