I had an emergency situation where I wasn’t able to connect my new washer back to my water valves due to heavy corrosion. Not only were they able to come within 2 hours of my call but I had new valves fully replaced and ready to go just a couple hours later. My tech’s name was WAJDI. He was kind, knowledgeable, and kept me in constant communication with all the steps he would go through to replace my valves and reassure my new washer would fit properly.
