Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Ross, our assigned technician, was able to diagnose and fix the problem we were experiencing. More than that, Ross spent time explaining the technical aspects of our problem plus was able to add an additional valve on our main water access thus proactively treating a common potential problem to protect the plumbing in my home. Roto rooter is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, talented professional.

So I will start by saying that the work performed by the technician was satisfactory but we needed the technician to come back out to our property because we were still having problems with the sewer system. The technician wanted to charge more money for the job that was supposed to be done. I have also been calling to speak with the supervisor who was seeing over this job but I have yet to hear back from him or from anyone else about this. I have left numerous phone messages but no one has returned any of my calls.

We had a water leak at around 9:00 pm and Roto Rooter came out within the hour! The plumber, Saso, found the source of the leak and repaired it immediately. Another employee (name ?) was extremely helpful in walking us through the claims process, and Paul and Daniel, the water mitigation specialists began the necessary work on getting the water damaged areas dry so repairs could be made. They came to the home every day for the past 5 days making sure things were drying properly. We could not have asked for a better more professional crew of men to help get us through this unexpected and very frustrating time. We would highly recommend RotoRooter for our plumbing needs!

Thank you to Robert and Pablo for fixing a leak under the kitchen sink. The pipe that comes out of the wall had rusted through and had a hole. They explained everything beforehand. Im very happy with the quality of work and I will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing needs.

Kitchen sink would not drain and unable to use sink and major appliances due to shared drainage lines. Scheduled Roto Rooter for the next morning and 2 wonderful technicians arrived on time and diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. Also provided education and product to prevent the issue/buildup from happening again in the future. Definitely recommend.
