We had such a positive experience. Kyle was personable, professional and patient. He explained everything clearly and answered questions. We had our sump pump check valve replaced, so no more leaks in the basement; so nice to have peace of mind! Very happy with the service and satisfied with the price. Won’t hesitate to call again if needed.

Noah was great. He was resourceful and persistent in breaking up an ice dam in our storm drains, which was causing our sump pump to overload the drain and back up water near our foundation. Noah kept working on the ice dam from different angles until it was clear. He provided guidance on how to prevent the damming and helped us understand when we might need to replace our drains in the future.

Kyle was great! Very professional and kind, very respectful the entire time replacing our waterless tank. Very thorough in cleaning up and explaining things! Highly recommend him for any work you need done.

Noah and Travis came out to try to clear a clog in my underground downspout. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to get it cleared due to tree roots, but they were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on. I really appreciated that they didn’t charge me for the visit. Great customer service and overall a positive experience despite the issue not being resolved.

I came home from work this morning to no hot water. I tried Home Depot and they wouldn’t install electric tankless heaters. I called roto rooter and they said they could be out here today and sure enough they were here in the hour. They quoted me a price and an hour later they were back with my new heater and installed the heater quickly and efficiently. I also, was able to use a coupon from the app to help cover the overall price. This is my third time having roto rooter out and each time all of the individuals have been so kind to me and so nice and each time have ensured that I wasn’t paying all of my life savings to have hot water again. I truly can’t recommend these guys enough!!!
