Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Vincent was our technician, and he helped clean out not just two but three drain lines. He was incredibly professional and thorough. You can tell he really knows his stuff his experience shows. What stood out most was his dedication; he didn’t give up until everything was resolved. I’m very thankful for his help. Had a mystery clogged toilet in our downstairs room and called Roto Rooter. Angelo was there within 15 minutes and couldn’t have been better personally and professionally. Turned out to be a larger issue than anticipated but he walked me through everything and made sure he left the job not only complete but crystal clean. Highly recommend!

I had a backup throughout the entire house. Vincent showed up on time and was extremely courteous. He diagnosed the problem with ease and got right to fixing the issue. He was knowledgeable and walked me through anything I didn’t understand. He was quick and efficient above all he was honest. If I ever have any other plumbing issues I will specifically ask for him. Gabriel was phenomenal! We had a plumbing emergency on New Year’s Day that started as a simple faucet installation and quickly escalated into a major water leak with a side of frozen parts. Gabriel arrived around 8:00 PM and didn’t leave until almost 1:30 AM. He never once complained as he went to buy parts, carefully removed a 30 year-old faucet, and then replace it with the new one, all the while checking in with us to make sure we were okay with the progress so there were no surprises. It was not a job for the faint hearted and his professionalism and kindness, especially working late into the night, did not go unnoticed. Yes, it was expensive, but we knew we were in good hands, and I was so grateful to be rescued, even on a holiday.

Called them in on sunday night for toilet clogged. The technician came within 30 mins and identified issue and quoted price and was able to offer some discount. The tech also offered 6 months of his work. Everything went well then the field supervisor showed up with camera to look at sewage pipe. He found that there was a section of the sewage not straight and he suggested to open up the concrete to check, however not sure which part of sewage thus may need to open up the whole concrete. I told him impossible to spend that kind of money and we just bought the home 2 months ago everything was working well. He learned I was not interested in doing what he suggested, he started to question and push the technician about the 6 months warrenty. I asked him the warrenty is not a policy of your co
