Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Today I received an excellent plumbing repair service from Roto-Rooter. Technician Trance (ID 2559) did a fantastic job. He was very responsible and thorough in inspecting, repairing, and replacing the outdoor faucet at my home. His professionalism and patience in explaining the issues really earned my trust. Spectacular Job , Chris took no time snatching out the old water heater , less than 20 mins., he went straight to work, replacing the new one it took less than 30 mins. also , WOW! He know his job well , and explain to you about your new water heater , if something happens, but he deserves 100 stars from me, and he clean up behind his self , no water left on the floor, he means Business.

Trence with Roto-Rooter was fantastic. I came home to water in my garage and called Roto-Rooter, Trence came out quickly, assessed the issue, and diagnosed a problem with the PRV. He also proactively identified that my expansion tank needed to be replaced before it caused a bigger issue down the line. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Trynce was on-time and very knowledgeable. While I thought I knew what the problem was, and he listened attentively, he also went into diagnostic mode to satisfy himself of the overall situation and what needed to happen. We quickly agreed on a price via the Roto-Rooter pricing system. The price was inline with other estimates and so we started. All work was done correctly and efficiently. Really good guy. Would use Trynce and RR again 100%.
