Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter! Erik is such a great worker. Very dedicated to detail. We have had him here for drain cleaning and plumbing and would most definitely call again in the future. Also, customer service at the call center in Maryland that fields your call is excellent!!

Joshua was awesome from the start of the job to the completion! He was very professional, courteous, clean & efficient! He explained every step of the way in order to unclog the stubborn toilet. Unfortunately, the augger would not do the trick; so he had too bring in the big equipment to assist him! Eventually, he was able to unclog the drain after pure dedication. Joshua is definitely a true asset to your company. I would recommend him to my family & friends! Thanks again for getting my toilet & drain back to new:)

Juan and his partner did an amazing job! Our 17 year old hot water heater kicked the bucket and the next morning they were here ready to work. Gave us a free estimate, and then got to work. They were professional and transparent when they found that our gas shut off valve was finicky and should really be replaced. But at the same time they were by no means pushy, which is very much appreciated. They were quick and thorough, and gave us all the information we needed. 5 stars!

Eric showed up on a Saturday in less than two hours after I reached out. He was super professional and polite, taking the time to explain the issue and possible solutions. He snaked the clogged pipe and fixed our problem quickly. He also coordinated with his remediation team and scheduled them to come out the same day. I couldn't be happier with his service.

We had a sewage leak and from the moment we called roto-rooter, they were responsive, extremely helpful and helped us fix the problem. Anthony was great when he came out to stop the leak and John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about identifying the issue and walking us through tje next steps. The crew (Ben, Bobby, Leroy, Damian) that came out to fix it were extremely efficient, clean, polite and hard -working. I couldn't have asked for it to go more smoothly and we felt supported during the entire experience. I highly recommend Roto-rooter and will definitely be using them again
