Vincente Salgado and his partner Arjan was amazing. Vincente was my go to and he showed nothing but professionalism and very educated in plumbing. He is amazing. Anytime I have an issue on my property I will want only him to return. Along with his partner Arjan he was knowledgeable as well. You have an amazing people on your team. Vicente was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. His communication was clear, prompt, and consistent, making sure we were always in the loop. He demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge and expertise, taking the time to walk us through each step with patience and precision. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience seamless, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process!

The work they did was fine. However, they overcharged me by over $4000 for mitigation after a plumbing issue. They charged my card before giving me an opportunity to review the invoice. They also sent me documents with my signature in places I did not sign. I don't recommend you use them but if you have to, REVIEW YOUR INVOICE. They charged me for removing floors for an entire room when they only removed a quarter of the area. They charged me for a connected room that they never even touched. These are just two of a long list of errors on their invoice. When I pointed out the errors, they sent a new invoice that didn't address all issues. The invoice was not followed by a refund and they have not responded to me regarding the additional items they did not address. They also did n
