Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had an emergency with my water softener and called Roto-Rooter. Norman and Chris came out and tried to fix my existing softener. I knew I would need to replace it but was hoping I had more time. Unfortunately, I did not. They replaced it with a much better grade and I was able to use a coupon. They came out during a winter storm and ensured my home was in working order. They were so helpful and explained to me what was actually occurring and why the previous softener wasn’t working. I am so glad I called Roto-Rooter. I will be a repeat customer!

Very poor experience. I scheduled an appointment three days in advance for a member of the team to come out, with the agreed arrival window between 5 and 7 PM. By 7:15 PM, no one had shown up and I had not received any communication. When I called to check the status, I was told a technician was not available. I’m not sure how that can happen when the appointment was scheduled several days ahead of time. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and reliability was very disappointing. Service tech went above and beyond and on a weekend too! He was thorough and professional. He analyzed the issue and found the best solution. So glad I called, very happy with appointment.

Norman did a great job with inspecting my sump pump and repairing the issue. He was friendly and he provided clarification about what the repair was. The pricing was good as well. I recommend his service to others.

Norman came out late at night and wrapped up just before midnight, he was super helpful, and very thorough! Got my drain draining and even gave me a contact of someone who can help with the water restoration. 100% would recommend this company to anyone!
