He arrived right on time and was very professional throughout the entire visit. Marqui inspected the issue thoroughly and confirmed that the repair would require an excavation team. Last Saturday, on January 27, 2024, we awoke to the strong smell of burning plastic. Upon locating the source, we discovered that it emanated from our water heater. While I thought the price was VERY high, that is pretty much unavoidable when sewage is backing up in the basement, my regular plumber was unavailable, and I needed someone RIGHT NOW. I thought the service I received high quality. Marqui was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. After discussing the situation to confirm my assumption that the clog was in the drain between the house and the street, he promptly brought in his equipment and performed the cleaning. He then brought in an associate (sorry I forgot his name) who was equally courteous and professional to run a camera through the pipe. I watched with him as he explained the process and was relieved that even after 50 years the pipe was still in excellent condition.
