Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The service provided was excessively overpriced and the need was pressured in my opinion. Charged over 6K for toilet cleaning and a hand dug install of a sewer cleanout. The snow and ice storm was coming in a few days and I was told the toilet cleaning would only last a few days and it was imperative to install the cleanout pipe. I've asked for photos of the finished work, etc., told via text that it was being worked on and have not received any to date. I think your services are not for residential. Also, the documents via email would not open. I texted the issue to the representative and no response was provided. I'm sure the piping installed was about $200, maybe. I called for a dishwasher installation and they had a technician there within 2 hours. L was courteous and professional. He explained the costs clearly and the installation went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he literally went into the woods trying to locate a buried manhole and then walked down the road to open another one just to make sure everything was flowing properly.
