We just had the best experience. Shawn came in a pinch and was able to clear a blockage for us even in this snow storm we got. We couldn't be more grateful for his quick service. He was very respectful and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company anytime of the week/day/year and during snow storms!
They got here fast. The technician who showed up was fantastic. Nice, knowledgeable, friendly. He explained and physically showed me everything prior to doing work. He gave USEFUL tips on how to help prevent this in the future. Would use them again!
The tech was helpful, professional, polite and caring. He was good at what he did & was very calming to the 97 years old woman who lives there. Thank you so very much to Chad !
Chad provided very thorough service. He was personable and willingly explained his plans to me to keep me informed as the process went along. I would definitely recommend him and Roto Rooter.
Chad was very respectful, helpful and he took care of the clogged toilet. In probably about six minutes. The price to me is quite steep, but if you can’t unclog it yourself, you need somebody to help.
