Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter was awesome... extremely responsive during our time of need with my mother's 70 year old home and plumbing. Liam was our technician and he was absolutely amazing.... textbook class service, from start to finish. Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and resolved our issue expertly. Aside from his personality, his willingness to respect my mother's clean carpets was very much noted and appreciated! Not sure what else he could have possibly done any better. I contacted Roto Rooter for a sump rump installation. Liam came out quickly to install my new sump pump and the service was excellent! He was very informative, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. I always have a great experience with Roto-Rooter!!! We were having an emergency plumbing issue and they showed up within the hour!! Liam was excellent!! He was nice and knowledgeable and always checked in to let me know what he was doing and inform me of any price changing before moving forward. He took his time and made sure everything was done correct and to my satisfaction. He offered me additional services to assist with my issue, but didn’t push or pressure me to do them. He was great!!!!! I would highly recommend Liam and Roto-Rooter!!
