Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our regular plumber couldn't come out to help with our broken outdoor faucet until the next day. We couldn't get the outdoor water valve to shut so I was in panic mode. My sister has used Roto-rooter with good results so we called and had a very positive response. They were able to send Sam over in a few hours. He took care of the problem in the cold and dark. He contacted the utility company for our outdoor valve repair and found a water shutoff at the back of my house. What a relief! He also provided me with a lot of preventive maintenance information. I thought the price was very reasonable for an evening emergency call.

Roto-rooter took my call at 5:15 on a Saturday came to my house by 6:30 and the tech had me flushing again by 7:30! Fast, friendly service at a fair price. Thanks Damion and Roto-Rooter!
