Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a bad plug in the main line on a Sunday. We called several businesses who wanted to charge an emergency fee and still couldn't come out until late or the next day. We called Roto-Rooter, who was available and didn't charge an emergency fee. Jesse came out within a couple of hours and had the clog fixed quickly. He made some recommendations on how to prevent a similar clog I'm the future. We are very happy customers.

Needed a job done so called Roto-Rooter plumbing & water cleanup , got Crescen out as our Tech guy, and let me just say he was so kind , Had the most positive vibes ! He made me think of all the possible things that can go wrong and or right, walked me through everything & let me know what needed to be done, I wasn't sure what I was gonna get into but when I say having him as a tech made my day!! He was really respectful and very very helpful and made sure that the job that he got hired to do was done before leaving my home !
