Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had sewage backing up into our basement shower and overflow drain in our HVAC room. We called Roto Rooter and they were able to send someone out within one hour of calling. The tech, Dakota, was great! He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything that he was going to do. He spent several hours at our house making sure he thoroughly cleaned out our sewer pipes. A supervisor, Mike, also came and did a free video walk through of our pipes to help identify other problem areas. Dakota even came back a couple days later to fix a small leak in our clean out access point. I would highly recommend them!

We noticed last night that our downstairs toilet was starting to leak around the base and so we immediately looked into getting someone out to take a look. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and Stephan showed up exactly on time the next morning ready to help us out. He was open with his communication, letting us know there were a few options that might work and helping us choose where we wanted to start. When the first option didn’t fix the problem, he was upfront and honest with next steps. We chose to do a full main drain snake and he got it done promptly and efficiently! He explained his process and what the problem was afterwards so we knew what to look out for in the future! My main floor drain was clogged and while doing wash overflowed in bathroom and basement. Christopher from Roto Rooter was amazing and always cheerful and hard working. They came out in the evening and worked till 7:30pm getting it open. He was positive and made me feel like no worries. He was confident and thorough. I would always ask for Christopher again. Thank you, I am so happy and relieved. I would give 6 stars if I could. :-)

I have used many "big" plumbing companies. The orange trucks, the black cowboy trucks, the red, white and blue trucks. I swore I'd only use mom and pop again. But they don't do emergencies. Roto-rooter came out in hours and ant 10 pm fixed the clog. A bit expensive but Saturday night emergencies are. Then I expected as the others did the upsale. The we can't promise unless we do 20 thousand dollars more work. Roto-rooter didn't. They made suggestions and also gave options. And still warranted the work. Everything is fine and I will follow their suggestions
