Roto-Rooter did an incredible job diagnosing and repairing a major pipe break that we had. They came promptly and were very professional during the repair. The price quoted was fair. If you are looking for a reputable company to work with, we highly recommend them.

Roots in my clay lines about 60 ft out. Easy job Got a snake stuck. Left it in overnight and the clean-out cap open so sewage smell in the house and water in the basement. Had to pay full price, told me they would more than likely have to excavate (10-15k). Or hydro jet for another 1500+. Said we needed a permit to enter from the man-hole. Called the city, that was a lie. Called another plumber and unclogged the root system in 10 minutes. Standard large company stuff. Inexperience and upselling
