Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had a clogged bathtub drain. Called at night and they set up an appointment the next morning. Jason came and got right to work. He was pleasant, professional and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely call them again.

Jason was very professional, very efficient, and an all around nice guy. He cleaned up after himself and gave recommendations to help prevent any future problems. No complaints at all for him. It was a pleasure to have him fixing this problem.

Our home is a challenge for drainage service. Our drains were clogged and Roto Rooter arrived within the hour to clear the plugged up drain pipe. Because of our plumbing configuration, a complete cleaning was not possible but Alex got us back up and running. The next morning Anthony came with different equipment and cleared us out. From there he recommended a descaling service because our 60+ year old cast pipe had build up from decades of hard water. Gary then came to add clean out access because our home is on a slab. With that installed, Boogie and Josh were able to perform the descaling service. The video of the completed work showed nice clean pipes! I will say this for each technician who came to do work. Without exception all are professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable

I was pleased that the first person to show up did a good job "Rooting" the problem at hand. He told me that a second associate would come to do a video of the septic line to the septic tank. The video showed roots in the pipe and the second person explained there were two ways to solve the problem which he would list along with a cost for each. It has been a month and I have not heard back from him or Roto-Rooter. To say the least, I am not happy with the second associate.
