Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

What a horrible experience! The water main leading to my home had been leaking for several days. I proactively found the issue after cutting the cement. I contacted Roto Rooter hoping to get someone out same day as they say they're 24 hr service. That was False. A service tech arrived 4 hrs later, after being told they arrive within a 2 hrs window. They person assessed the issue and was asked if they would be able to get the issue fix, to which the reply was no because he did not carry the materials with them and would have to be back the following morning but it would take 3 hrs. The tech returned the next day unprepared with no materials and had to drive an 1 1/2 hrs to 2 store to get the parts needed because they only work with Ferguson plumbing. 5 hrs later finally gets back. Joseph was great! He saved us from a flood and best of all restored the water! We had to call after hours and unfortunately we didn’t have the correct and needed valve or hose connection, Joseph bought them for us and brought them with him the next morning. Installation was quick and easy, clean-up included. The shower felt heavenly! Having no access to water for 1.5 days is not a must have wonderful experience. Joseph saved the hour, the day, the month and the rest of the year! The Senior Citizen discount is also very much appreciated! Thank you!

Kitchen pipes cleared, pipes reconnected, cleaning solution left for long term clearing. Work done cleanly and quickly. Price was as quoted. I can stop washing my dishes in the bathroom sink. Charlie was a pleasure to work with - very at ease with his skills. He’s friendly and efficient. Can’t ask for more. I’m soooo pleased.

It was 8 pm water gushing in our back yard and after I called 8 other providers I was hopeless! My outdoor faucet key had broken Water was gushing on the driveway - $$$$$$ all that money - going on 1 hour without sucess. My last call was to Roto Rooter and I was given a cup of calm, assured they would have some out to my house in Perris within the hour! I couldn’t believe it! I was assured they call me back w an ETA. I waited as I gathers duck pools of water and in less than 29 minutes they had my ETA! Arrival was in 15 minutes Ricardo showed up w a smile to assure everything was going to be fine.
