Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup of Loganville

I would like to take this opportunity to talk about the superb customer service provided by Emil Ishov and the other gentleman of this company in helping mitigate a very scary situation with the plumbing of my father's home. My father suffers with dementia and these guys were very professional and accommodating as they worked to ensure that best possible solutions for the circumstances. Each explained the service steps in detail and walked me through the process. They all offered great advice and took their time to ensure the home was cleaned and everything placed back in order. Had two toilets running water pretty badly and I’m not ready to change them out quite yet. Thang came and took care of both toilets quickly and expertly. Thank you so much. Looking forward to getting other repairs done as I fix my house up

All around great customer service! When I called to schedule the appointment, they were very polite and were able to get someone out within a couple of hours. Emil arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He took time to explain what happened and what needed to be done. He was great!! While I hope I don’t have any plumbing concerns in the future, I would definitely use you again.

Emil was amazing!!! Extremely professional, detailed, thorough and yet also took the time to explain everything! Much like a good father or husband!! This is rare and as a woman much appreciated! Robbers! Had them come out for a simple repair in the line to the yard. We personally have done this for well under $100 but with a new baby, cold weather and my husband traveling, I called. We expected it to be a couple hundred with travel, labor and the part. NO! We were quoted $1,850 without the man even stepping foot in the yard to evaluate and he was already going on about just doing the whole line for $5,000 and telling us how he had a promotion for us. Never again. I get its a business but this was all sales.
