Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gadiel from Roto-Rooter provided excellent service! He came out to fix my garbage disposal and handled everything quickly and efficiently. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing step by step, which I really appreciated. Not only did he fix the issue fast, but he also made sure I understood how to properly maintain the disposal moving forward so I can help prevent future problems. That level of communication and care really stood out to me. He was kind, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you’re booking with Roto-Rooter, I highly recommend requesting Gadiel!

Excellent experience with explaining the issues from start to finish. Friendly and efficient service. The toilet and the field line had to be snaked. Roots were found in the pipes. Gadiel was the first service tech with good professionalism.

Gadiel removed stoppage in main sewer line quickly and explained everything to me. Fletcher Williams wih camera/locator was extremely thorough and located the issue in the clean out. Fletcher thought to check the clean out even though main line was clear. Fletcher akso explained everything. Hyppolite and Fabian replaced the clean out and did a great job explaining everything. I appreciated their honesty and requesting I confirm it was my responsibility to replace instead of the city. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called on. Sunday due to a blockage. They came out and said they need a camera. They came next day with camera and said I need a descale of house. Agreed and work was scheduled for Friday. No one shows, and I have to call for an update. They were not able to come out Friday. They said we apologize and will be out Saturday morning. Saturday morning comes and no one shows up. I call, and there is not a update. Finally a tech comes out, says he didn’t realize the job and he needs a second tech. Still no update and no one has been here. Stay far away from this company. Austin doesn’t give updates unless you call. Update: I changed my review to four stars. After my regular people at Frank Gay were unhelpful, I reached out to Roto-Rooter and even though my initial call was routed to a service person up north and said there are no Roto-Rooter companies to help in Orlando (I had call a number with Orlando's area code of 407), I hung up and called back and talked to a more knowledgeable person. He told me the time frame where some one would be out. Noah arrived within that time frame and came in and was awesome! He rapidly explained what he needed to do and was so very helpful. I will always ask for that young man whenever I call, well if I need to. Thanks Noah!
