We had an exceptional experience with our plumber Jordan from Roto-Rooter. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, walked us through the solution, and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right — not just quickly. He worked efficiently, left everything clean, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. Needed 3 kitchen sink water shut off valves replaced non emergency, due to originals were 35 years old. Everything was done professionally and the tech was great. The only issue was the $600 plus parts cost. But I also realize you have to pay up for professional service.

Finally found a plumbing co that’s is fair & reasonably priced! I will definitely use Roto Rooter again. I was not charged extra for a service call during a holiday weekend & was informed of coupons they have on their app.. Malcolm, my service technician also did a great job with my repair & took the time to explain what the problem was & what I should expect with my water heater’s performance in the future. I am going to recommend Roto Rooter to my family & friends
