Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I recently had Roto-Rooter out to repair a clogged toilet, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Needed help with outdoor sewage pump replacement. Larry is very helpful in taking care of the replacement the same day. Very friendly and he actually walked us through the process and made sure everything is tested and functioning. Thank you Roto Rooter!

Alex was amazing, he did a great job. Gave us a few recommendations on how to maintain our showers. The person we set up the appointment with on the phone, keep us updated on the arrival time. Alex showed up right on time. Took care of our issues with in mins. Service was awesome. I would highly recommend Alex and his company.

I would highly recommend! Alexis was great and communicated everything thoroughly. He came out today ( on a Sunday) and went straight to work. Found the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. I will call them again if I ever need another service.

We had an emergency on Christmas day and they were able to dispatch a crew member out within the hour of me calling. The next day they found the root of the problem and the day after that they began work to repair the problem. The crew and manager Patrick did an amazing job. Great communication and timeliness. I am very pleased with the finished job and am so grateful for Roto Rooter for saving the day. Thank you again for being so understanding of a sensitive situation.
