Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Gilbert and his trainee Tommy were exceptional. We had a kitchen clog late at night and they were over within 2 hours with a good attitude. They were very clean and specifically pointed out items to move to ensure nothing g got dirty. They explained everything in detail, were very patient when discussing preventative maintenance, and were very kind. We were good as new within an hour. Highly recommend!

Christian was wonderful! We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom into our kitchen downstairs, and he identified the issue quickly and remediated it as quickly as he could. Some parts of the process were challenging, but he stay calm and collected and positive about the situation. He also cleaned up as much as he could after the job was done. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Tyler and Sean did a wonderful job repairing my sewer line in my old house. They were gracious, clean, and explained what they were doing in an understandable manner. I hope I never need to see them again in the capacity, but they did great work. Not inexpensive, but worth the good job.

Our kitchen sink had been clocked for two weeks, backing up which affecting our dishwasher and washing machine. When Jaiden arrived, he assessed the situation and thought like we did, sink had to be snaked. He did a great job, took his time to make sure after the sink was draining correctly, the dishwasher and washing machine were as well. Jaiden was very professional, made sure everything was flowing properly and everything was cleaned up and put back in place under the sink.

Paid 4 grand to have a pipe “fixed” 3 weeks later clog issues with drain was charged another 700 for them to come out and fix. They claimed it was a different issue but we had no issues of slow drainage. I give it 2 stars cause they come out fast but search else where for better prices and warranties for faulty work.
