Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I’m only giving this a 1 star because that’s the lowest I can go. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called because I had a pipe burst which created over 4 feet of water in my home. The 1st restoration gentleman was great!! They sent a Plummer out that did not know what she was doing…. Was asking me questions as if I was the Plummer….. cut a pipe that ultimately could have had me in legal issues with WSSC because it did not have access to a water meter. She could not figure out how to then the water on. Informed me to contact WSSC which I did. I waited for 8 hrs for them to arrive only to be told that the Plummer did not do something accurately. Day 2- the window time for the Plummer was 12. The Plummer calls me at 9am. She’s confused and not sure what to do…. I’m at this p

RotoRooter responded promptly to my request. It was night time and they did not charge any additional fees. Earl was very respectful and knowledgeable. He worked diligently to clear our clog

This excavation has been open for WEEKS. RotoRooter owned their mistake in leaving the wall unsupported and said they'd take care of fixing it... and we're still waiting. 100 percent nightmare experience.

Today, I used Roto Rooter for the first time and I am so happy they sent out a bilingual plumber to my house. Vicente is amazing, very professional, and so courteous. He took his time to inspect my entire house because I had a huge water bill. Vicente deserves more than 5 stars. He described what he was doing and even he suggested how I should take care of some of my features. Vicente showed on time and he worked efficiently to provide me with the report I needed. I highly recommend Vicente from Roto-Rooter to anyone in the DMV are that are looking for a reliable plumber.

Vicente arrived on time and serviced our kitchen and bathroom efficiently and seamless. He was very Professional and made sure to explain to us the importance of the work being done. Also asking if we had any concerns or questions while performing the service. Would definitely recommend.
