Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Mike V arrived on time and did excellent work clearing a clog in my main line. He also replaced the toilet cutout valve for me because it was leaking by. Explained everything in great detail that made sense to me and gave updates very frequently during his time here. Overall amazing work. Convinced me to use Roto Rooter as my go to plumbing company from now on.

The tech was polite and capable. He unclogged my sewer line, in about an hour, with positive results. In addition, they followed up with a complimentary sewer line camera inspection, which revealed the deteriorating condition of my old system. It's hard to argue with that kind of direct evidence, so it was very useful. However.... The fee they charged caused me a bit of "sticker shock.". I've had this company here in the past, and I'm pretty sure I paid about half of what they wanted this time to unclog my sewer line. They were able to "apply a discount," which helped some. I needed the job done, so I didn't argue too much, but ... You might want to ask for a ballpark estimate before you get too far.

It was a absolute pleasure having Kriston come and do the repairs in my home. He was very professional and pleasant. He even cleaned up behind himself. Roto Rooter Kriston is awesome and you guys are very luck to have him on your team!!

The service I received was second to none. The whole crew was professional and worked efficiently to fix the multiple issues in my home. Everyone was patient and explained each step of the process. Mike V installed our water heater and he was amazing. He was prompt, professional, understanding of the children and dogs. He also was knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision regarding the water heater. The heater works beautifully and overall we are pleased with the work!
