The technician (Bria) introduced himself upon arrival, was very respectful, courteous and neat. He listened to explanation of the problem and walked it down before offering an estimate. He offered a Senior discount and started the work immediately after agreement on scope of work and price. He completed the work (umplug kitchen sink) and proved the success before leaving. I was very impressed with his competency, work and character. And the contract included a 5-yr warranty!

Technician was dispatched to our house within hours of me reporting a back up at the kitchen sink. Charles Bryant arrived in late evening and worked diligently on clearing the pathways through the drain pipe several times, until the water was flowing freely without slowing down, then he thoroughly wiped the area. The price tag is reasonable these days, especially considering the effort, and the work is guaranteed for 6 months. Very professional approach, makes your feel that you got the right company for the job!

Charles was very cool and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure I was taken care of and understand everything he had to do to get to the bottom of what was clogging my kitchen sinks. Only to find things the previous people should have never put in a drain! I'm glad it was resolved, and his customer service was excellent!

We had our basement toilet and shower drain clog the night before Thanksgiving and called Roto-Rooter for the first time. The customer service agent Amelia who helped us schedule an appt was very nice, and the technician Charles who came out arrived within a couple hours. He was very professional and friendly, and he diagnosed and fixed the issue easily. We were very happy with the service provided, especially in such a timely manner right before a big holiday!

Brian was great! His service was top notch, friendly, honest, and cared to explain, direct and great eye contact. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that I felt confident in the service he provided. I can’t say I know pricing of plumbing since I’ve never had issues. Basically, my sewer line was clogged, toilet downstairs was bubbling, floor drain backing up-it’s fixed so I am happy! They got here quick, and he completed within an hour. Oh and I don’t know the gentleman who answers the service calls but he was so great! He was patient, kind and so funny! My daughter got a kick out of the call! Thanks!
