Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Recently purchased a house that apparently had a lot of hidden issues. My main sewer line basically disintegrated into the ground. All of the guys at RotoRooter came through and took care of everything immediately. Dwight and Richard worked on the drying portion of the restroom and the crawl space and John and another gentleman (can’t remember his name at the moment) took care of the line outside and going under the house. Everyone was extremely professional and kind and did a great job. Thank you all so much for for all your work and giving me peace of mind with this house ❤️ Now just have to wait for the contractors to come put everything back 😩 also, only put not sure for if the pricing was reasonable as I did not shop around to check pricing. I called in around 6pm for a non-emergency service, just to get something scheduled the same week. The girl who answered the phone was amazing, very upbeat and professional. Then, within THIRTY minutes a tech showed up. Terry was absolutely incredible. Very through, kind, and efficient. He recommended a small repair. I really felt like he wasn’t trying to take advantage of us or just hit us with a big repair bill. I really felt good about the entire experience, and I will use this company again.

OUTSTANDING!!! Roto-Rooter truly came through for us after hours. Our technician, Kriston D., stayed until 1:00 AM to clear a clog in our sewer main. He handled the cleanout efficiently, made sure all of our questions were answered, and treated our home with care—cleaning up thoroughly once the work was complete. Kriston epitomized true professionalism and showed genuine empathy for our situation by ensuring we were satisfied with the work performed. I had a leaking toilet and the technician Devante came out for service. He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about his craft. He gave suggestions and fixed our toilet in no time. I will definitely use Roto Rooter for future repairs.

I had an excellent experience with Michael Blanco from Roto-Rooter while he was assisting my elderly loved one. As a homeowner, dealing with piping issues can be extremely stressful, and Michael truly understood that—especially given the added concern that comes with caring for an older family member. He was patient, calm, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which brought a lot of reassurance. What really stood out to me was his dedication. Michael arrived around 8:30 PM, and when I asked what time he usually gets off, he shared that his shift ended at 7 PM—yet he never once complained or rushed the job.
