Update: I emailed Pat below and he did refund me the full $150 for the video inspection that was not delivered. Overall, this was a very messy and costly experience, but I appreciate the Customer Satisfaction Manager following through. ----- I called for annual pipe maintenance. The technician that showed up quoted $600 to snake both internal and external pipes, plus $150 for a video inspection (discounted from $650, he said). He finished the snaking in 20 minutes and left. A second technician then arrived saying he was there to perform a basic free complimentary live video inspection with no recorded footage. I had a clogged/slow moving water tub/shower and I quickly did a Google search and Roto Rooter came up. Read a few reviews and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Denis arrived he was very nice, proffesional and friendly. Denis got to work- was finished within an hour and now i have a normal tub/shower w no slow moving water. Thabk you Denis!
