My heater stopped working and I had no hot water over the weekend. The company I originally purchased from didn’t have an on-call plumber, so I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbing based on their excellent reviews, even though I had never used their services before. When you call for weekend emergencies, you’re assisted by an outside service, but they quickly connected me with Anthony, who was attentive and professional. He reassured me that my issue would be addressed as soon as possible. The technician—whose name I believe was Michael—arrived quickly and immediately fixed the problem. Jon was excellent! I could hardly believe he came over on a Sunday. He completed a kitchen sink faucet replacement and a tub faucet replacement. They were both leaking/dripping and it was causing me a lot of stress. Jon is an expert though and he knew exactly what to do and did it without any complaint. He was very nice and accommodating. It was truly a pleasure having him in my home! He took very good care of my plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him.
