Roto Rooter

Not sure where to start. I can’t say enough good about Roto Rooter. We were having a family holiday get together on Christmas Eve and had a sewer issue. I called Roto Rooter and the owner James answered. He was at my house within an hour. James was working all the holiday calls so his employees could spend time with their families. If you have ever met the employees you understand how great they all are. Anyone that knows leadership and business will understand. James has amazing long term employees because he is willing to take care of them. Much respect to you James for being a great business owner. And also for providing great service every time.100% recommend these guys

Royce did a fantastic job clearing root blockage on our main line to the septic tank a couple of days after Christmas holiday. Thank you Royce and thank you to our local Roto-Rooter business. Will call you the summer for a pump out.

We had 2 separate issues that we had to call for. Both Eddie and Rose were quick to show up, got the job done quickly, and were very professional and courteous. If we have any other issues, we'll definitely call again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Very professional. We are 26 miles to roto rooter location. We called around 2 pm. They arrived on site by 3:30pm. Very prompt. Had problem solved within 30 minutes. Very reasonable. They where $50 cheaper than local plumber who gave us attitude.
