Roto-Rooter Service

Adam with RotoRooter came out to save the day. Had a plugged sewer line. Took some know how in order to find the plug as this was on a manufactured home. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t be happier with his work.

Jakobie came out and diagnosed the odor and blockage we experienced. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He offered suggestions and provided service options while keeping our budget in mind. We appreciated his using covers on his boots when entering our home. The project included a visit to flush our lines the next morning and he arrived on time, with a friendly co-worker to complete the job. We are very pleased with the service. If the need arises in the future, Roto Rooter, and specifically Jakobie, will be the first call.

Such wonderful, professional staff and technicians! They take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. I had an issue this morning, and within an hour, Michael Garcia called to let me know he was on his way. After a quick but thorough assessment, he accessed the clean-out port and snaked the line, clearing out the clog that was trying to ruin my day. Michael went above and beyond to ensure my lines were flowing freely before putting everything back together. He even provided helpful advice on a product for my septic tank but didn’t pressure me into a purchase—he simply gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Outstanding service all around! Highly recommend!
