Jim was great! He came on very short notice and was kind and professional. He explained the cleaning process thoroughly and did a great job! Our carpet looks great, and I would highly recommend him!!!

Was looking for someone to come out to do a small carpet clean in one spot in my living room. Everyone was charging $150 and up. Called Ultra Pure Clean and Jim price was much lower. He came out within a half hour and was genuinely respectful. Our dog had urine on the carpet and due to my sons asthma it needed to be clean right away. Jim did an amazing job.
