Blake was our service person. He was amazing! He was very professional, very polite and he definitely knows his job! He answered all of my questions and concerns. We created a specific plan for removing racoons from my yard that had been coming every night destroying my lawn. It took a almost a month to finally see no signs or evidence of them returning. He was able to capture at least 13 amimals, including one skunk and 1 opossum. I definitely recommend this company and especially Blake! We were very lucky to get him!

We called Rottler due to a family of raccoons that had decided to move into my attic. We receive prompt and professional service from our technician, Blake Abt. He kept us updated every step of the process. The animals were removed and he fixed the hole where the animals were coming in. Great service, would recommend!

I ❤️ love the customer service and amazing sense of humor of Devlein. He came within the service time window, was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave recommendations I would not have known. I also love when I initially called to get a quote for service that I was able to get scheduled service within 3-4 days. The major issues for us are insects in our basement and rodents. We just moved in our first purchased house, so the rodent issue is something new for us. Can’t wait to see the results and see how things go in a few more visits.

Blake did an amazing job trapping and removing multiple skunks that were living in the walls of our house. He explained the whole process very well and went above and beyond.
