We had a great experience working with Brenton on our upstairs HVAC installation. We wanted a Mitsubishi heat pump system and, after getting multiple quotes, decided to go with Brenton. We’re really glad we did. He finished the job quickly and was a pleasure to work with. We hired Roubo and Sons to install a Heat Pump and a hot water heater for our Pro Shop at Ledgewood Pass Disc Golf Course. Not only was Brenton easy to work with and personable, but he showed up when he said he would, got the job done in a timely manner, worked with us to find the right heat pump for our space and budget, and provided us with a solution that has met our needs and more. We had to find another heat pump installer as the company that last summer Installed a Mitsubishi pumps for us, except they wired the head’s wrong. They weren’t invited back! After researching local companies we were most impressed with Roubo and son. He made some recommendations on pumps and head sizes. Gave us a very fair estimate and took care of the Maine rebate process. He arrived on the day he said and finished putting it all together in two days. He explained the new pumps and how they operate and answered any questions we had. He also submitted the warranty information for us. We were very comfortable having him in our home. We couldn’t be more impressed with his work!

I had Brenton come out and give me some options for installing a heat pump to reduce the cost of oil. He was professional, punctual and friendly! The best thing about my experience was I selected a heat pump that ended up not being strong enough to meet the need for my house. He offered to come back and switch it out for the next model up at no additional charge for the swap besides paying the difference for the unit. I have to say I was very surprised because as a small business owner I know that he must have had to take a loss on that. The new heat pump is amazing!! It heats my house with ease and I have greatly reduced my heating expenses and no longer use oil at all! We had a great experience with Brenton and HIGHLY recommend him. He was professional and affordable, usually you only get one and not both. Specifically, I have a young family (3 kids ages 6, 4, and 13 months) and he was super respectful of nap time. He worked around the kids schedules and still got the job done quickly. We have had the heat pumps for 2 weeks now and they are great, whisper quiet and making a difference already. I will most definitely be calling again and passing his info off to my neighbors.
